moor invites: Robin Ordell (FR, Berlin) to Beamcube, Bangkok.
These past months, we have been fortunate to bring some special artists to Thailand, each event a small step to share the sounds we deeply believe in. This one is a true a milestone.
For this next 'moor invites' night, we are incredibly proud to welcome Robin Ordell to Beamcube. A key figure in the European underground, regular at Club der Visionaere, Hoppetosse, and The Pickle Factory. Founder of No Time County, long-time Half Baked resident, and a rare sight in this part of the world.
Robin Ordell is a Berlin‑based DJ and producer with roots in jazz, funk, and minimal, known for crafting soulful, driving sets that dig deep into underground grooves.
If you've been part of the journey, you know what nights like these mean. And if you haven't yet; this might be a good one to start with.
Joining the lineup:
Shinfish: co-founder of moor, a boundary-pushing series connecting Seoul and Bangkok’s underground scenes. Known for his genre-blurring sets and emotive selections, he brings depth and nuance to every dance floor for casual club goers and music heads alike.
Gaspray: co-founder of Unaharn Festival, and a driving force in Thailand’s alternative music landscape through his events. His sets explore hypnotic rhythm and spatial groove, always rooted in deep listening and a strong sense of place.
Our Story:
Tabula rasa: a canvas for creatives.
From a 382m² cultural convergence space in Seoul, moor has evolved into a borderless event organization, uniting a global community of multi-disciplinary artists and showcasing diverse artistic formats. For the 'moor invites:' series, we invite highly revered global artists in an intimate club setting, no riff raff.
Previous events have featured icons like Peggy Gou, Sven Marquardt (Berghain), Alan Portable (Perlon), Hans Nieswandt (Whirlpool Productions), Massai (Sentaku Music), Denis Sulta, Dubfire, International Mac & Tau Car, Reusbi, Simm. (Just Us), Mia Cecille and many others.
