Join us for the launch celebration of Melonhead, a cutting-edge music industry development agency, as we take over Rumah Tanjung Bungkak. Bali has long been a destination for global music lovers, and we couldn’t think of a better place to mark Melonhead’s launch!
DJ LINE-UP:
We’re bringing the cream of Melbourne’s (Naarms) underground club culture to Bali with a roster of artists known for their incredible musical range and their ability to move crowds around the world:
AROHA: A genre-bending Māori DJ and producer from Aotearoa New Zealand who mixes house, techno, breakbeat, and electro into a seamless, high-energy set. With a track record that includes festivals like Beyond The Valley and WOMADelaide, her pulsating beats and infectious stage presence make her one of the most in-demand artists today.
DJ PGZ: This rising star from Australia’s Indigenous community specialises in hard techno with deep bass-driven rhythms, fusing the sounds of Black and Brown producers globally. Known for sets that blend dark, underground club sounds with unstoppable energy, DJ PGZ has performed at major festivals like Pitch Music & Arts and Strawberry Fields.
JPS: Singaporean-born veteran of Australia's music scene, and founder of Naarm/Melbourne’s legendary The Operatives collective, JPS has been instrumental in bringing experimental electronic, hip-hop, and future beats to Australian shores. His sets are an unmatched blend of cutting-edge beats that span the full spectrum of electronic music.
This is not just a DJ lineup; it’s a showcase of internationally renowned artists who are redefining electronic music with their innovative sounds and cross-genre mastery. Expect a sonic journey through house, techno, drum & bass, dub, and beyond — all designed to keep you dancing all evening.
The launch will also provide a unique chance for local creatives to meet these artists, dive into their craft, and gain valuable insights from industry leaders.

As we celebrate the launch of Melonhead, we’re also giving back to the local community. In line with our mission to promote cultural exchange and sustainability, 10% of ticket sales will go to the North Bali Reef Association, supporting vital conservation efforts to protect Bali’s stunning marine environment.
This is part of Melonhead’s commitment to not only building cultural ties but also ensuring we leave a positive impact wherever we go.
